When will my order ship?

Each Nobelle Sky order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. In-stock orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

For preorder pieces, estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order will ship together once all items are available.

Once your order ships, you will receive notification via email.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $100.

Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout for an additional fee.


Can I edit or change my order?

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at with:

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Hair-On Hide Selection

Will my bag look exactly like the product photos?

No two hair-on hide pieces are ever exactly alike. Because each hide is naturally unique, every Nobelle Sky bag will feature its own distinct patterning, texture, and character.

The bag shown in the product photos is representative of the style, but the exact hide placement and markings will vary from piece to piece. This natural variation is part of what makes each bag one of a kind.


Can I choose my exact hair-on hide pattern?

Because orders are processed and shipped quickly, we cannot guarantee the ability to select a specific hide pattern prior to shipment.

If you have a preference regarding coloring or hide variation, please contact us immediately after placing your order at with your order number and request. We will always do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible, though availability cannot be guaranteed.



Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At Nobelle Sky, every piece is thoughtfully designed to move with you through meaningful moments and everyday journeys. We hope your selection feels just right from the moment it arrives.

If not, we gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

A flat-rate return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different style or color, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for your preferred piece.


Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

Nobelle Sky offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products.

This warranty does not cover normal wear or natural aging, including:

  • Scuffs or scratches
  • Chips or peeling
  • Stains or discoloration
  • Natural softening or texture changes
  • Wear caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care

Because many of our materials are natural and intentionally selected for their character, subtle variations and aging are considered part of the beauty of the piece.


Leather Care

How should I care for my leather bag?

To help your leather piece age beautifully over time:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, oils, perfumes, and harsh chemicals
  • If your bag comes into contact with moisture, gently dab — never rub — the affected area with a soft cloth
  • Store your bag upright in the protective dust bag provided when not in use
  • Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces or sharp objects that may scratch the leather
  • Minimize exposure to intense sunlight, humidity, and heat

Over time, natural leather will develop character unique to your journey with the piece.


Can I condition my leather bag?

Yes. Occasional conditioning can help maintain the leather’s softness and suppleness.

We recommend consulting a leather care professional or using a high-quality leather conditioner according to the manufacturer’s instructions.


Hair-On Hide Care

Will hair-on hide shed over time?

Yes. Hair-on hide is a natural material, and some shedding, thinning, or wear is expected with use over time.

Like all natural hair materials, hair-on hide may eventually develop bald spots or areas of wear through friction and everyday use. This natural aging process is not considered a defect.

Because of the nature of the material:

  • Shedding or thinning is not covered under warranty
  • Hair-on hide pieces cannot be repaired, returned, or exchanged due to natural wear of the hair

If you prefer a more uniform material appearance over time, a hair-on hide piece may not be the best fit for you.


Fringe Care

How should I care for fringe?

If needed, gently spot clean fringe using a soft cloth with mild soap and water.

Because damp fringe can stretch, use minimal moisture and allow the fringe to air dry naturally.


Hardware Care

How should I clean the hardware?

Metal hardware may be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its finish.

Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh polishing agents.


General Care

How should I store my bag?

When not in use:

  • Store your bag upright
  • Use the protective dust bag provided
  • Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the bag
  • Keep away from prolonged humidity, direct sunlight, or excessive heat

Proper storage helps preserve the shape, stitching, leather finish, and hardware over time.


Does Nobelle Sky cover damage caused by misuse or neglect?

No. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly care for and protect their purchase.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, exposure to moisture, or lack of care is not covered under our warranty policy.
